At Skin4u Skin Clinic (SSC) we ask that prior to booking an appointment with us that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Skin4u booking Policy
No shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage both our business, our staff and other clients. It means that clients on our wait list cannot book those times slots with us and so miss out as we have dedicated time specifically to look after you.
An initial non refundable booking fee of $50 is charged to secure your booking.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking – we kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client please phone the clinic on (08) 8294 1025 or email if you cannot make your booking. A notification reminder will be sent via SMS 48 hours before your scheduled appointment from SSC. Your deposit will be held for your next booking , or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or Public holidays as sufficient notice as this will not allow us enough time to try to re book your time slot. If you do not wish to pay a booking fee, you are more than welcome to try your luck on the day but please know that we are unable to allocate a specific time unless booked prior.
Clients must arrive 10-15 minutes early to all appointments to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time and the appropriate consent forms are explained and filled out. If you are running late, SSC reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that the therapist’s are not late for their next treatment booking.
For all new clients booking an initial skin consultation, you will be required to pre-pay a non-refundable payment of $50 to secure your consultation time. This appointment is $50 however, many of our clients choose to also book a treatment and consultation at the same time, If this is the case the booking fee will be redeemed off the total cost of the treatment on the day. The treatment time given is 1.5-hour however if only consulting the time slot will be 30mins and the fee of $50 is charged.
This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect SSC interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this above policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all SSC clients.
When purchasing a series of treatments in a program to treat specific conditions, payment is required up front to receive discount at the time of booking treatment time slots. These treatments are booked in advance and therefore our cancellation rules will apply.
Skin4u Skin Clinic ethics policy has been put in place so that our therapists exercise in unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances; this involves things such as personal injury that prevents clients from getting to appointments, any other potential emergencies that are genuine and prevent clients from attending, or death, debilitating sickness or disease.
Examples of situations that are NOT acceptable & will result in your booking fee being forfeited are as follows:
Forgetting appointments or “no showing”.
Last minute work roster changes.
Mismanaging schedules or double booking.
Running late & missing your appointment.
*We do our best to accommodate last minute changes, however because of high demand we only provide a small window for genuine circumstances.
At Skin4u Skin Clinics we accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, regrettably we don’t accept Bank cheques or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
At SSC we do not hold any personal client accounts, all appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day, unless the client has entered into a specific payment plan with Skin4U, where Conditions Apply.
If you fail to pay for your service the day of your treatment or leave the premises without payment or knowledge of the therapist, you will forth width be banned from SSC and all future appointments at the clinic will be immediately cancelled. In this circumstance SSC holds the rights to legally pursue this incident.

Competition Terms and Conditions
WIN & LOVE YOUR SKIN COMPETITION:
The winner will be required to participate in before, during and after photos and answer questions for blog posts, testimonials and other marketing elements about their skin journey, and the treatments received and products used.
Total value of the prize is $1875 and includes 8 in clinic treatments and a starter pack of products
Other products for at home skin maintenance and home prescriptives in addition to what we give the winner will be required to support what we do in clinic, this will be an additional cost to the winner. This will be a requirement of undergoing the program. The cost will be minimal compared to overall prize value for skin revision.
Winner will be chosen based on entry and contacted on 31st October 2020 via email or Direct Message, however they entered.
Prize is not redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
